Workflow is the series of steps it takes to get somethiing done
right, the first time. It is a chaining of business processes. It is the heart of how your business behaves and shapes the
outcome of a customer interaction.

This can be abstract. If you are the kind of person who just
knows what to do, does it and doesn't look back. Then you
sound like a lot of enterpreneurs. That's the good news. To
grow the buiness we need to teach someone else how to do
that and we need to fine tune it as the business grows.

Project Management can also get complicated. But as the
number of issues you want to address and the number of workflows involved, then more activity is generated. These activities are often interconnected, so one can't start before the other or, something must be approved first. Any project or scope of work involving CRM or a Telco switch-over, gets
some kind of project schedule and tasks (punch list).

It's great for communication, coordination of people and of
schedules and to keep the expecations realistic.
